Description[]
The Main Menu is a landing zone where the player may adjust game preferences, view information, and begin their ascent. After completing the tutorial the player will always begin at the main menu at the start of the game. When a player ends a run they are returned back to the main menu.
Main Menu Kiosk[]
New Ascent[]
Displays a collection of player class profiles and the opportunity to begin an ascent.
Play Tutorial[]
Immediately launches the game's tutorial. If a player has already completed the tutorial once they will be allowed to skip the tutorial's introduction and leave at any time.
Knowledge Base[]
Preferences[]
A menu of configurable settings and options. The game's settings for save data, difficulty, sound, and ergonomics can be adjusted from here. Settings are saved to the device and can be reset from each menu.
Social Hub[]
While at the Main Menu the player also has access the Social Hub Kiosk. The Social Hub Kiosk is located directly opposite of the Main Menu kiosk.
